Leading electronics company Navico to exhibit at Seawork Asia
The world’s largest marine electronics company, Navico, will be exhibiting its brands of Lowrance, Simrad and B&G at Seawork Asia.
Navico’s design and manufacture expertise extends across a wide range of marine instrumentation and display products including Fishfinders, Autopilots, Chartplotters and Radar.
Recently the French Research Institute for Exploration of the Sea (IFREMER) acquired a Simrad multibeam echosounder to help strengthen its research work in the Mediterranean Sea (see image). Simrad’s ME70 has a unique built in calibration functionality allowing the user to obtain backscatter values from ecosystem components such as plankton, fish or bottom habitat.
